Operations Administrative Assistant (part-time)

Seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to assist Director of Operations with a variety of tasks. You will be in charge of keeping schedules, correspondence and assisting in basic admin management. Must have an extreme attention to details, anticipation of needs, professional writing skills, and experienced in G Suite, MailChimp, Shopify, and digital platforms. You should have some experience with inventory, vendor, customer service, marketing, and event management. This is a part-time position with the potential for full time.

Operations Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain schedules

  • Update and orderly records and need documents

  • Keep up with orders, expenses and produce regular reports

  • Respond to phone calls and emails for the manager

Operations Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • Assistant experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience with databases, G Suite, and calendaring software
