Wine Club FAQ's
What is the minimum requirement to join wine club?
(3) wine club releases; all members take their first release upon signing up then are added to our scheduled annual calendar.
How often are wine club releases?
Annually every Winter, Spring, Fall. The exact dates are posted annually to our blog and emailed to wine club.
How many bottles of wine do I receive every release?
We have (3) club membership levels. Redwood: 4 Bottles; Sequoia: 6 Bottles; Giant Sequoia: 12 bottles. Members commit to receiving on minimum between a 12, 18, or 24 bottles annually depending on club level.
Can I cancel any time?
Once you have received (3) wine club releases you are welcome to cancel any time. Written only cancellation must be done at least 30 days or more prior to the next wine club shipment (see calendar on blog) and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
When am I charged for my wine club release? Can I pick my wines?
Club releases will be charged on our stated billing date as released annually and are non-refundable charged to your credit card. All wine selections must be made prior to wine club billing through the member portal or contacting Kirsten at email@example.com
Can I have my wines shipped to me?
Yes, if we ship to your address. Signature for an individual over 21 years of age is required upon delivery, so please select best day time shipping address.
